MyPay Payslip Portal - Terms of Use

1. Service Description

The MyPay Portal provides public sector employees and pensioners in Ireland with secure online access to their payslips, pension statements, and related payroll documents.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity under your account.
• Do not share your password or authentication codes with anyone.
• Immediately report any suspicious activity to helpdesk@mypay.ie.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may only use this portal to access your own payroll or pension documents.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ data, or to any part of the system.
• Do not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.

4. Data Protection

Your use of the portal is also subject to our Privacy Policy. All data is handled in compliance with Irish and EU law.

5. Availability and Changes

We strive to ensure that the service is available at all times, but there may be periods of downtime for maintenance or technical reasons. The service and these Terms may be updated from time to time.

6. Liability

While we take care to provide accurate and reliable service, no liability is accepted for any loss or damage arising from use of this portal, except as required by law.
